Call to Order President, called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. II. Prayer Sheena Van Meter opened the meeting with prayer. III. Pledge of Allegiance Douglas Boswell led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance. IV. Introductions Introductions were made around the room. V. Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Douglas Hines, seconded by Douglas Boswell, to approve the agenda with updated personnel actions and request to have days without pay.

Page 2 VI. Presentation A. State Baseball Team Recognition Mr. Wade Armentrout, Baseball Coach, introduced the Moorefield High School Baseball Team. The Board recognized and congratulated the Baseball Team for being the Class A State Champions. B. Plaque Presentation Mrs. Sheena Van Meter and members of the Board presented Mrs. Margaret Shriver and Mr. Douglas Boswell with a plaque in recognition of their service to the students in Hardy County. Request for Pre-approval End of Year Budget Journal Entries and Transfers On the motion of Douglas Hines, seconded by Dixie Bean, the Board approved the request for pre-approval end of year budget journal entries and transfers. B. Athletic Trainer Pay Scale

Mission Statements/Accomplishments The Board congratulated the Moorefield High School Baseball Team for becoming the Class A State Baseball Champions. The Board commended the Stem Camp held at the Wardensville Farmer s Market for having a wonderful program for our students. XIV. Personnel On the motion of Douglas Hines, seconded by Margaret Shriver, the Board went into Executive Session at 6:58 p.m. Policy BDE, Item 2, Authorization A. The Board reconvened into regular session at 7:52 p.m. with no action taken.
