Mirror Lake Elementary: School Plan Performance Objective: The school will demonstrate increased academic growth as measured by sight word acquisition and Lexile growth as measured by STAR360. Measurable Outcomes: 75% of Kindergarten and first grade students will reach the grade level sight word targets: Kindergarten=220 and First Grade= 450. 75% of Second Grade students will meet the Lexile target of 450 as measured by the STAR360 assessment. 75% of Third Grade students will meet the Lexile target of 650 as measured by the STAR360 assessment. 75% of Fourth Grade students will meet the Lexile target of 840 as measured by the STAR360 assessment. 75% of Fifth Grade students will meet the Lexile target of 950 as measured by the STAR360 assessment. Increase Reading Fluency Action Steps for K-1 st - Use sight word checklists to set, monitor, & adjust S.W. goals. 2-5 th - Use Accelerated Reader reports & STAR360 results to set, monitor, & adjust Lexile ranges.
