I had a really bad experience with Hanson. Palmer was heavenly compared to my previous I was most satisfied with the speed, professionalism, and how fast they did it. They were here when they said that they were going to be here and they cleaned everything up. They had great service. They did a complete tear off including the plywood panels and replaced the entire roof in two days. If it would have been in the summer time, it would have been one day. They were that fast. They knew what they were doing. The met or exceeded all expectations. They spent a good deal of time with us so we understood our options. They adhered to our schedule and did a great job. East Nov 01, 2016 They actually got it done a month ahead of schedule which was great. I am very happy with the quality of work and materials on our new roof and windows. Top notch in my opinion and would definitely recommend Palmer Construction. There were a few issues about a leak that was difficult to pin down and they stuck with it and resolved it. I believe they do quality work and they are trustworthy. I would hire them again. I appreciated the professionalism and structure of the planning period and the meeting where we picked out materials. Bill communicated very well and we appreciated his directness and willingness to help us. They did a good job and I am pleased with what they did. They did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend them. They were very good, and we were very happy with them. They actually completed the project sooner than we initially thought. I was most satisfied with their efficiency, their knowledge and their professionalism. Steve was excellent. The lead installer was also great. 's work is good. Dana did a good job. He took his time and was careful. I already have recommended them. In no areas did they fall short of my expectations. They did a very fine job and I'm happy with them. I was happy with the company and the guys that came out with the job. They were friendly, professional and did a beautiful job with the cleanup... Palmer construction does very highly quality work. Everyone seems to be very qualified and I am very happy with their job. I would recommend them to anyone. The job went really good and they went beyond what we even talked about and did extra stuff free. They provided professional advice from work that was done by another company. Jerry Frasier was willing to go around the house and give me a list of what to talk about the other contractor about fixing...
