This task will address primarily; budgeting skills, time management and an evaluation of the outcomes. You will be asked to fillin a number of worksheets in preparation for this event in addressing the above Assessment Criteria. These worksheets will help you plan in reaching your set specified goal. The worksheets will facilitate and help you accompany your planning processes with a; personalized week plan, a to-do list and a prioritizing strategy. For this Project Task you will have to form groups of not more than 5 students in each group and work together to create an event or activity with the goal of helping and supporting a Registered Voluntary Organization (holding an official VO Number) or other entity approved by your ISR Lecturer. Your event can in a positive outcome generate funds or economic contributions to the Official Voluntary Organization/s but can also be made in kind by contributing your team s time to the identified VO. Students will be asked to: Describe in brief the Project Task. Create a prioritizing strategy in order to establish the Event Goal and Objective behind the project. Create a plan for all the required resources and establish the necessary contacts and approvals with the identified Voluntary Organization.
