THE STATE OF INDIANA NOW MANDATES THE FOLLOWING: To graduate, all students are required to pursue a Core 40 diploma. Must pass ISTEP+ Grade 10 Students unable to earn Core 40 must optout of this requirement. Students will then earn a Munster High School General Diploma.

School Physical Exams Required for all 9 th grade students Physical exam and permission for over-the-counter/prescription medication forms are in packet, available online or in MHS main office. Schedule physical exam after April 1 st. Due at registration in August. Cannot participate in PE without physical. Immunization records MUST be up-to-date; submit copy with physical exam. Call school nurse with questions 836-3200 ext. 3219.

Deadlines for Non-WWMS Students Submit YELLOW Course Selection Sheet to your current school s main office by Friday, February 26 th.
Enrolling Non-WWMS Students Must complete Enrollment Gateway at www.munster.us Call MHS guidance office for an appointment with Mrs. Hansen by March 4, 2016, for enrollment Schedules cannot be made until enrollment is completed.
