($456.00) 15-103 FIVE YEAR FORECAST It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Foster to approve the Five Year Forecast.

15-104 ASSET DISPOSAL It was moved by Mr. Foster and seconded by Mrs. Viney to approve the following asset disposals: (1) Elmo TT-02 TX (2) NEC Projectors NP400 (2) NEC Projectors M260X (11) Nexlink Notebooks (1) Dell Vostro Laptop (1) Nexlink Server 15-105 SECOND READING AND APPROVAL OF POLICY It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to approve the second reading an approval of the following policy: 2271 COLLEGE CREDIT PLUS PROGRAM 15-106 OHSAA MEMBERSHIP It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to recommend the Bloomfield-Mespo Local School District membership in the Ohio High School Athletic Association for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-107 MESOPOTAMIA ELEMENTARY DROP CEILING INSTALLATION It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mrs. Viney to approve the expenditure of $12,820.00, paid to Custom Design Builders, for the installation of drop ceilings at the Mesopotamia Elementary School Building. 15-108 TWO YEAR CONTRACT-TROY LEWIS It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mrs. Viney to approve a two year (2015-2017) limited teaching contract for Troy Lewis. Aye: Viney, Sly Nay: Kaiser, Foster The President declared that the motion did not carry 15-109 LOA-BRITTANY MUCCIO It was moved by Mr. Foster and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to approve parental leave for Brittany Muccio starting May 11, 2015 to June 4, 2015. 15-110 RESIGNATION-MICHELE BORAWIEC It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Foster to accept the resignation of Michele Borawiec as of August 1, 2015 due to other employment..

15-111 MOU-CONTRACT EXTENSION It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bloomfield-Mespo Local School District and the Bloomfield-Mespo Education Association to extend by one (1) day the contracts of the following Bargaining Unit Members for the purpose of certification to instruct gifted learners: Patricia Anderson 15-112 GIRLS VARSITY VOLLEYBALL COACH-DAVE ADAMS It was moved by Mr. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Dave Adams as the Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach for the 2015-20165 school year. Aye: Viney, Foster, Sly Nay: Kaiser 15-113 LIBRARY CLUB ADVISOR-PATRICIA ANDERSON It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to employ Patricia Anderson as Library Club Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-114 JR HIGH PREP BOWL ADVISOR-PATRICIA ANDERSON It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Patricia Anderson as Jr. High Prep Bowl Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-115 HIGH SCHOOL PREP BOWL ADVISOR-PATRICIA ANDERSON It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to employ Patricia Anderson as High School Prep Bowl Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-116 ATHLETIC DIRECTOR-BETH BAKER It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mrs. Viney to employ Beth Baker as Athletic Director for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-117 HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADING ADVISOR-KRIS KOON It was moved by Mr. Kaiser and seconded by Mrs. Viney to employ Kris Koon as High School Cheerleading Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-118 AFTER SCHOOL DETENTION MONITOR-DEBBIE GIBBS It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Debbie Gibbs as the After School Detention Monitor for the 2015-2016 school year.

15-119 FACULTY MANAGER-AUDRA FENTON It was moved by Mr. Kaiser and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Audra Fenton as Faculty Manager for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-120 ½ YEARBOOK ADVISOR-AMANDA IHRIG It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Amanda Ihrig as ½ Yearbook Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-121 ½ MATH CLUB-AMANDA IHRIG It was moved by Mr. Kaiser and seconded by Mrs. Viney to employ Amanda Ihrig as ½ Math Club Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-122 BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL COACH-BOB LINGER It was moved by Mr. Kaiser and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Bob Linger as the Boys Varsity Basketball Coach for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-123 ½ YEARBOOK ADVISOR-DAVID SCHNURRENBERGER It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mr. Foster to employ David Schnurrenberger as ½ Yearbook Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-124 MUSICAL/THEATRICAL DIRECTOR-SARAH PENNEY It was moved by Mr. Foster and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to employ Sarah Penney as Musical/Theatrical Director for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-125 BAND/CHORUS DIRECTOR-SARAH PENNEY It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Sarah Penney as Band/Chorus Director for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-126 ½ SENIOR CLASS ADVISOR-SARAH PENNEY It was moved by Mr. Kaiser and seconded by Mr. Foster to employ Sarah Penney as ½ Senior Class Advisor for the 2015-2016 school year. 15-127 HIGH SCHOOL TRACK COACH-NANCY SAMPSON It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Nancy Sampson as the High School Track Coach for the 2015-2016 school year.

Paid for actual hours worked. Paid out of Title I funds. 15-134 SUMMER READING/BUS DRIVER-CAROL FREIBERG It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Foster to employ Carol Freiberg as a bus driver for the Summer Reading/Math Intervention Program, nine (9) days, $20.00/hr. Paid for actual hours worked. Paid out of Title I funds. 15-135 SUMMER READING/COOK-AMANDA CHILSON It was moved by Mrs. Viney and seconded by Mr. Sly to employ Amanda Chilson as a cook for the Summer Reading/Math Intervention Program, nine (9) days, three and a half (3 1/2) hours per day, $15.00/hr. Paid for actual hours worked.

15-136 SUMMER READING/COOK-THERESA CLEVENGER It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mrs. Viney to employ Theresa Clevenger as a substitute cook for the Summer Reading/Math Intervention Program. As needed basis at $15.00/hr. Paid for actual hours worked. 15-137 SUMMER READING/TEACHER-PATRICIA ANDERSON It was moved by Mr. Sly and seconded by Mr. Kaiser to employ Patricia Anderson as a teacher for the Summer Reading/Math Intervention Program, nine (9) days, four (4) hours per day at $25.00/hr. Paid for actual hours worked.
