Letters of Recommendation College requirements vary One or two at the most Should be written by a teacher Others may be more appropriate for scholarship applications Request in person Ask early to allow plenty of time for teacher to write - possibly even end of junior year Give teacher Letter of Recommendation Request Form (green form) Enter request in Naviance Letters are uploaded electronically to Naviance

Final Decision Notification Notify college of your decision to attend May 1 - National College Decision Day Colleges will provide all information regarding housing applications and deposits, orientation registration, etc.

Advanced Placement (AP) Test Scores Only for students who took an AP exam Send test scores to college apscore.collegeboard.org/scores College Credit Plus or Dual Enrollment Course Credit Only for students who took College Credit Plus courses (offered on college campuses) or a Dual Enrollment Course at LHS (World Language, BioTechnology) Must have a college transcript sent from the college granting the credit to the college attending Contact the individual college to submit request
