English We only schedule the Poetry Live event for Y11 each year. The day changes each time but it is usually in January or February. We attend Leeds Town Hall 10am-3pm. Maths Further Maths level 2 is held on a Thursday after school for Y10 & Y11. Chess Club for the Whole School Tuesday after school. Revision classes as and when needed for Y10 & Y11 at lunchtimes. History We don t have any formalised extra-curricular activities in History. We do lots of intervention work with students on an ad hoc basis, or they come in to work on things they are doing, e.g. castle model making etc, as and when. I ve been running breakfast sessions once a week with yr 11, but that has stopped now with the revised timetable kicking in next week. Geography Catch up for Controlled Assessments on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday lunchtimes. Revision classes as and when needed for Y10 & Y11 at lunchtimes. ART & DESIGN EXTRA CURRICULAR; KS4, Monday, Wednesday, Friday lunch time and Wednesday and Thursday after school. KS3; Tuesday and Thursday lunch time and summer only Thursday after school. ICT/Computing ICT/Computing offer additional lunch time sessions (Tues, Wed & Thurs) and after school on Thursday for KS4 pupils. Business Studies offer an additional lunch time session on Wed lunchtime for Year 11 pupils focusing on revision and exam techniques. Technology We offer after school for Year 11 throughout the year for Food - Monday's. Product Thursdays and Textiles Tues, wed or Thurs by prior arrangement. We also offer a day in the holidays (feb half term) for Yr 11 catch up. At lunchtime every day we offer open house for all DT areas all year groups for homework in A15 so pupils can use computers.
