LINK CREW! On MONDAY, AUGUST 28 at 7:58 AM all freshmen get to report to the A-Gym for Freshmen Orientation! Groups of 8 10 freshmen are paired with their 2 Link Crew Leaders that will be by their side for the entire year. High School Orientation Freshmen receive information about how to be successful in high school Academic Follow Ups Link Leaders support freshman academic success and character development through structured classroom visits Social Follow Ups Link Leaders and freshmen connect outside the classroom at social events to increase student engagement, and promote positive school climate Leader Initiated Contacts Link Leaders connect with their freshmen on a more individual basis

M A T H E M A A T I C S MATHEMATICS 9th Grade Course: Options based on current math course (Intro to Algebra Topics, Algebra I, Trades Math, Geometry, or Algebra II and beyond!) To help students prepare: Focus on work ethic. Praise effort over test scores. Students who make use of class time and complete homework assignments are successful in their math courses.
