Review of Academic performance of SA-I exams and (Conduct of 1 st Preboard for class XII & Half yearly examination Class XI). After review of the SA-I result except 3 schools of Kashmir Valley it has been observed that the mathematics and Science result is not up to the mark. So Principals may identify the weak area of the students as well as the teacher and make the Plan for taking remedial classes, monitor them, Guide the students, Guide the teacher and accordingly decide the date and time for starting remedial classes. 3. Academic Loss compensation programme. Due to Disturbance in Kashmir Valley the Kendriya Vidyalayas situated there could not function properly and due to which there was loss of studies of the students. In order to cope up with the loss of the study of the children, the Kendriya Vidyalayas of Kashmir valley were permitted to function during the autumn break. 08 Schools out of 11 schools have conducted SA-I examination and the remaining three schools i.e KV Aminoo Kulgam, Anantnag and Pahalgam the same will be decided when the situation is normalized there. Similarly there were closure of some Vidyalayas in Jammu Province and some KVs of Punjab. The Principals of these Vidyalayas may also take permission from Regional Office to run the classes during Winter break, if they feel so.
