They responded quickly to any questions and made appointments at times that were convenient to me. When one of the sliding shelves was sticking, they returned quickly and worked on it until it worked wonderfully. I love my new sliding shelves. At the end of the planning stage, my life took a sudden and unexpected turn when my health changed drastically. I had to cancel my remodeling plans because I could no longer live alone. No disappearing contractors! The results are beautiful. The quality of the materials is top notch. We feel like their work is the best part of our home. We are please with both the deck and front entry. We really like the railing and lighting along the walkway in the front. This was our third job with Irons Brothers. We have been pleased with each job that they have completed. This job too was very well done and we love our new front entry and large new deck. However, something seemed a bit off on this job as there was minimal communication and the job took much longer than expected. Comment from Kyler thank you your survey response. He seemed very knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and worked to perfection. I would definitely recommend Irons Brothers Construction to anyone in our area who is considering a bathroom remodel project. It's a very personable company to work with. He always made me feel that I could discuss how things are being done and choices I needed to make. He and others were sympathetic to my frustration at not being able to move items from the basement bee the project started. If anything was in... It is a pleasure to feel confident that your project is going to be done professionally, to code, with quality and efficiently. The entire staff was available if I had questions and if anything was a problem it was resolved quickly. The project manager kept me inmed day to day which made smooth sailing. The communication and timeliness of the project. The monthly schedule helped me keep up with what was happening in my home. All of them! All were friendly and professional, and worked well together. On time, professional, great communication, great craftsmanship; what more does one need from a contractor? Gosh! We were constantly amazed that everyone stayed so calm and friendly. Every IBC employee was totally devoted to making sure that our remodel goals were met. We did have one very small problem with one sub's employee. IBC and that company worked immediately to resolve the small issue. Every time I try to single out someone, I end up singling out everyone! The person we dealt with most often was Cody Ross, our lead carpenter. He was outstanding, attentive, patient, effective, and every other positive adjective one could imagine. But we could say something equally glowing about everyone... This remodel was a big undertaking us. We went to a remodel event held annually at a convention site. There, were talked with every contractor who did remodeling in our area. We took what we learned there and made a fairly large list of potential contractors. We then checked online to see which ones... Professional, courteous, and timely service with a keen commitment to build quality. We could not be happier with the result of our project with. They're expensive, but the extra expense was well worth the assurance of quality and timely, professional service we received from everyone involved with our project. I don't think there is any one thing I could point out. It is just one of those outfits that shows up when they say they will, gets it done when they say, and gets it done how much they say.
