The pedagogical team includes principal dancers from the Paris Opera and world famous teachers, representing different Ballet Schools: the French School, the Bournonville School, the Cecchetti School, the Vaganova School. 6 Rules The summer school is open to all: children from 9 years old, teenagers, adults, amateurs, professionals or pre-professionals, teachers. Classes are divided into 5 levels (Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced, Superior, Adults). The organisers reserve the right to change class schedules. A certificate will be delivered at the end of the summer school. Registration Registration is done on a first come first served basis. The organisers reserve the right to limit the access to the classes for both the pupils and the spectators. The full payment must be completed to secure the registration. No receipt for registration will be sent, reception of the payment on the summer school organisation account will certify reception of registration. No refund will be made after the beginning of the summer school. In case of cancellation, 30% of the summer school fees and the full cost of accommodation will be retained as well as 50 administration fees. Community life rules Pupils must read and follow security rules from all venues (dance studios, restaurants, dormitory). Pupils must attend classes corresponding to their levels and group schedule and cannot change level and/or group without the organiser s authorisation. Pupils must keep their class card with them at all time. The card will be delivered on the first day of the summer school and must be shown to the organisers before entering every dance class. Pupils will be allowed to watch other classes if registered for the unlimited pass. Otherwise, it is possible to buy a spectator pass. The organisers reserve the right to exclude, instantly, anyone who would not respect the rules regarding procedure and security instructions in the reception area (dormitory, class studios) or whose behaviour could harm safety. Liability The parents of pupils under 18 must fill-in and sign the parental authorization at the back of the registration form. Any registered person certifies being medically fit to practice dance and to have subscribed thirdparty insurance. If, after the registration has been processed, health problems preventing the student to benefit from the classes of the summer school occur, Theilaïa International must be informed with no delay. In addition during the summer school, students authorize any medical or surgical intervention considered to be necessary by a qualified doctor. He/she (or him/her parent or legal guardian for under 18) agrees to pay the medical fees. Under 18 non-resident students (who have registered in advance) are under the responsibility of the organisation during classes, transfers to the restaurant and within summer school venues. The organisers are not responsible for children leaving the premises without authorisation between or after the end of the classes. Resident children are not allowed to leave the premises. No exception will be accepted. The organisation is not responsible for any corporal injury or property damages caused or incurred by anyone, including pupils during the classes and during transfers. The organisers decline any responsibility in case of loss or theft of personal belongings. Image Rights, Publicity It is forbidden to take videos, photographies or class-notes in the premises of the summer school (the organisers have exclusivity and rights). Pupil and legal representative authorise the organisers to reproduce and publish all photos taken during the summer school. 6 Document to be kept
