1 Building a Healthy Me! supports teaching and learning related to standards across the curriculum in order to help children develop healthy eating habits. The following alignment is based on the integrated skills, understandings, and related resources for each core activity and unit section. Optional Extension Activities are indicated with an asterisk (*).
