5 TERMS and CONDITIONS : Payment 1. Full Payment of the program must be made to secure your place for the given workshop. 2. A 50% deposit must be made when enrolling, however full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to program commencement. CANCELLATIONS and REFUND TERMS Should a participant wish to cancel the enrolment from a program: 1. All cancellations must be received in writing. 2. If cancellation is received with 60 days notice, 90% of the full fees will be refunded, with the balance of 10% retained for administration charges. If cancellation is received within 2 weeks before commencement of course, 50% of the full fees will be refunded. 3. Failure to attend a program without written notification at least two weeks prior to the commencement will result in the full fee being charged. 4. mbraining Academy regrets that it cannot take responsibility for changes in a participants work commitments or personal circumstances. 5. In the case of legitimate unforeseen circumstances, the participant will be offered the opportunity to transfer the total amount to a future scheduled program. 6. A substitute participant can be sent, as long as notification is received in writing at least two weeks prior to course commencement. 7. mbraining Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule a course or change the training venue at any time. All courses have a minimum of participants to proceed. Cancellation of courses will be made within fourteen days of a course commencement.
