21 How to make design thinking part of your innovation strategies Blend big & small projects Budget to the pace of innovation Find talent any way you can Design for the cycle Manage a portfolio of projects: short-, mediumterm impact to long-term r(e)volutionary impact Don t constrain the pace at which you can innovate by relying on cumbersome budgeting cycles. Diverse, interdisciplinary, multi-cultural, multinational. Design projects may take longer than expected.
