2 Tes/ng Day Informa/on 1) YOU MUST BE HERE BEFORE 7:15 AM! That is when the test will begin! 2) YOU MUST report to the AUDITORIUM! 3) YOU MUST BRING PENCILS (mulnple and sharpened) 4) YOU MUST also bring a BLACK PEN (or very dark blue.be safe go with black) NOT erasable 5) IF YOU HAVE AN ID, BRING THAT!!!!!!!!!! 6) A WATCH THAT DOES NOT BEEP you will not be allowed to have a phone, and the clock is not able to be seen where you will be si^ng. 7) YOUR PHONE MAY NOT GO OFF AT ALL DURING THE EXAM OR THEY WILL INVALIDATE YOUR TEST That means YOU TURN IT OFF or be`er yet DON T EVEN BRING IT THAT DAY 8) DO NOT HAVE HEADPHONES ANYWHERE ON YOUR BODY OR YOUR TEST WILL BE INVALIDATED. 9) DO NOT CHEAT AT ALL, DO NOT DISCUSS THE EXAM, DO NOT LOOK AT ANYTHING THEY DON T TELL YOU TO LOOK AT ETC 10) Bubble in EVERY SINGLE ANSWER CHOICE ON THE MULTIPLE CHOICE even if you don t know the answer. They will not count against you SO YOU ALWAYS GUESS!!! ALWAYS!!!!

3 What you may NOT have 1) Electronic equipment (cell phone, tablet), portable listening devices (MP3 player HEADPHONES), Cameras, or any device that can access the internet or communicate 2) Books, notes, highlighters, colored pencils 3) Scratch paper 4) Watches that beep or smartwatches 5) Computers 6) Reference Guide 7) Clothing with subject- related informa/on 8) Food or drink (Not sure about water assume no)

4 Test Security Policies ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ You must not open exam materials un/l instructed to do so by the proctor, so that no one sees the ques/ons before the administra/on begins. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Because mul/ple- choice ques/ons are some/mes reused, no one other than you may see your mul/ple- choice ques/ons during the exam. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ You may not, under any circumstances, remove exam materials from the tes/ng room. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Mul/ple- choice sec/on: You may not give the ques/ons to anyone else; discuss them with anyone (including your AP teacher); or share them through any means, including, but not limited to, , text messages, photographs, and social media/the Internet. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Free- response sec/on: You may only discuss free- response ques/ons that are released on the College Board website two days a_er the regularly scheduled exam administra/on. If the ques/ons in the exam are not released, you may not discuss them with anyone. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Exam materials are secured before, during, and a_er the exam. You are prohibited from accessing secured exam materials at any/me before or a_er the exam.

5 Test Day Security Policies Cont. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Prohibited in the exam room: Electronic equipment (cell phone, smartphone, smartwatch, laptop, tablet computer, etc.), portable listening or recording devices (MP3 player, ipod, etc.), cameras or other photographic equipment, devices that can access the Internet, and any other electronic or communica/on devices. A student observed with any of these devices during tes/ng or breaks may be dismissed from the exam room, and the device may be confiscated. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ You may not consult textbooks, notes, teachers, other students, or any other resource during the break between Sec/ons I and II of the exam, or during any unscheduled breaks. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ You may not leave the building at any /me during the test administra/on, including during a break. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ You may not leave the designated break area without permission. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Teachers, department chairs, tutors, individuals involved in test- prepara/on services, and educators of any kind (including, but not limited to, curriculum specialists, school counselors, and administrators) are prohibited from taking or reviewing the content of an AP Exam. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Viola/on of test security policies may result in score cancella/on, and under some circumstances individuals may be permanently barred from future tes/ng.

6 Misconduct Invalida/ng Test Scores ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Obtaining improper access to the exam, or a part of the exam, or informa/on about the exam. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Removing a page or pages from the exam book. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Referring to, looking through, or working on any exam, or exam sec/on, other than during the /med tes/ng period for that exam or exam sec/on. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Accessing or using any prohibited aids. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Using a cell phone or electronic device during tes/ng or during breaks. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Having subject- related informa/on on your clothing or body. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Using tes/ng accommoda/ons that have not been preapproved by the College Board.

7 Invalida/ng Test Scores ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Bringing food or drink into the tes/ng room (unless this has been preapproved as an accommoda/on by the College Board). ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Leaving the tes/ng room without permission and/or taking an extended break. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Leaving the building or the designated break area without permission. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Aeemp/ng to remove from the tes/ng room any part of the exam or any notes related to the exam. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Copying the work of another student or of published or unpublished sources. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Aeemp/ng to give or receive assistance, or otherwise communicate, through any means, with another person about the exam during the exam administra/on. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Aeemp/ng to take the exam for someone else. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Crea/ng a disturbance. ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ Failing to follow any of the exam administra/on regula/ons discussed in the Bulle/n for AP Students and Parents, provided by tes/ng staff or specified in any exam materials.

8 Disclosing of Secure Test Items The College Board will automa/cally cancel your exam score and may permanently bar you from tes/ng if you are discovered disclosing, through any means, any part of the following test content: ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ mul/ple- choice ques/on; ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ free- response ques/on from an alternate exam; ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ free- response ques/on from a regularly scheduled exam within two days of its administra/on; or ሀሁሂሃሄህሆሇ free- response ques/on that is not released on the College Board website two days a_er the regularly scheduled exam administra/on.

9 Comple/ng Your Answer Sheet Ꮀ Ifyouskipanyimportanhields,suchasname,dateoiirth,or sex, or provide incomplete or inaccurate informa/on, you may experiencedelaysinaccessingyourscoresinjuly,asthese fields are used to match you to your scores. Ꮀ Yournameonyouranswersheetmustmatchyournameon your College Board account. Make sure to bubble the correct leeers. Ꮀ The addressyouprovideonyouranswersheetshouldbe the same address you use to create your College Board account. Mismatched addresses can cause a delay in accessing all your scores. Ꮀ Yourmailingaddressand addressmustbeaccurate.They are used to send you important informa/on about your exams, scores, and AP awards, if applicable.

10 Gekng Your Scores 1. Sign up for a College Board account at collegeboard.org/ register. You may already have an account if you ve taken an AP Exam in a prior year, registered for the SAT, or par/cipated in other College Board programs. Scores are only available online, so make sure you sign up for a College Board account and are able to log in successfully. 2. Check apscore.org a_er exams to find out when you can access your scores in July. An will also be sent in July to the address you put on your answer sheet reminding you how and when to access your scores. 3. Log on to apscore.org using your College Board account username and password. You may be asked to enter your AP number (the 8- digit number on the labels inside your AP Student Pack) or your student iden/fier (if you included it on your AP answer sheet) to access your scores if this is your first /me viewing AP scores.

11 Sending Your Scores 1) If you choose not to indicate a score report recipient on your AP answer sheet but want to send a score report to a college at a later /me, you can do so for a fee. The fee for ordering addi/onal score reports is $15 per report for standard processing or $25 per report for rush processing. 2) A_er logging in to view your scores, select the Ready to send your scores to colleges? bueon. 3) Follow the prompts for sending your score reports to colleges.
