5 General information Guide to calculating CPD (education) (log templates available on WUTH Revalidation site) - 35 hours of learning must be evidenced of which 20 hours must be participatory learning Learning method Online learning Participatory** Duration Online learning such as Information Governance annual refresher, dementia awareness (tier 1) film. The duration will depend on the individuals learning needs, some may complete this quicker than others will be documented in the above table however if pre-course learning is required this will depend on the individuals learning needs, some may complete this quicker than others* This can be attending a course (as course attendance) however this can be a workshop, conference, study day, peer review, coaching and mentoring, attendance at a MDT meeting or participation in clinical audit, practice visits and any other group meeting where there is a learning objective* This can be reading a journal, pre-course reading, university module research (see university module information below)* * This list is not exhaustive and has been written as examples. **This list is not exhaustive, participatory learning may happen in the clinical environment with colleagues.
