1 OFFICE OF INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS Academic Advising Survey Results, 2012 (N=407) Distributed: April 18, 2012 Closed: May 16, 2012 CLASS Freshman 19.9% Sophomore 26.0% Junior 22.4% Senior 26.0% Graduate 5.7% 60.9% indicated an extremely positive or positive advising experience with their present advisor. (2.29*) 54.9% of respondents strongly agreed that, as appropriate, their advisor placed final responsibility for making decisions on them.
