Out of the amount thus collected 10% will be retained by CUK to meet in part expenses for overhead and the remaining amount will be shared by Central university of Kashmir and NIELIT as per the resources allocated by each institution to run the program. In the current scenario this is in the ratio of 30:70 for Central University of Kashmir and NIELIT respectively.
