The teacher now has access to Score Online Assignment. Online Assignments for Teachers Page 8 of 15

13 The Status of Assignment column will assist the teacher to know who has Completed the assignment and is ready for scoring, and those who are In Progress or have not started the assignment. Mass Post Scores to Gradebook After an Online Assignment has closed according to the Stop Date and Time, the teacher can use the Mass Post Scores to Gradebook utility to post scores for the Online Assignment for all students in the class to Gradebook. If an Online Assignment contains an essay or short answer question, you still have to score each student s assignment and assign a score for these questions before you perform this utility. If you do not assign a score for an essay or short answer question, it is treated as a 0 (zero) and will negatively impact the assignment grade that is posted to Gradebook. 1. On the Gradebook Main Screen, click the header of the assignment you wish to grade. 2. Click Score Online Assignment. Online Assignments for Teachers Page 11 of 15
