The submitted documents will t be returned after completion of the selection process, but destroyed in accordance with the data protection regulations. To avoid double funding of scholarship recipients, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) carries out random checks (paragraph 4 para 2 StipG) of scholarship recipients. To this end, the BMBF is entitled to collect the name, first name, date of birth, address and location from the university of the scholarship recipient. RWTH Aachen University is legally obligated to provide this information. I can revoke my consent at any time with immediate effect. On revocation of the consent, all electronically stored data will be deleted and the submitted documents will be destroyed in accordance with the data protection regulations. I can revoke my consent by sending an to bildungsfonds@rwth-aachen.de. I understand that if I revoke my consent, I will longer receive any funding from the Education Fund. I undertake that I am obligated to pay back the scholarship in full if I have submitted any false information on my application.
