2 1.Senior Resident (1 yr) : PG Degree/ Diploma (after MBBS) in any speciality Basic Pay:- For PG Degree holders For PG Diploma Holders Grade Pay 6600 & other allowances as applicable Grade Pay 6600 & other allowances as applicable Age:-Not exceeding 37 years ( Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD as per Govt. of India rules) 2.Senior Resident (3 years ): PG Degree/ Diploma in concerned Specialty after MBBS Basic Pay:- Basic Pay and other allowances Age:-Not exceeding 37 years ( Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD as per Govt. of India rules) Candidates who have already completed Senior Residents for 3 yrs in ESIC Hospital Ezhukone are not eligible again for Senior Resident post, I yr or 3 yrs 3.Part-time Specialists/Full time Specialists : PG Degree or equivalent with 3 years experience in respective specialty/pgdiploma with 5 years experience in respective specialty. The appointment is for 1 year and extendable by 1 more year with mutual consent Duties :- Part time Specialists: To work for four hours a day for 5 days a week. Age: not exceeding 64 years Remuneration: : Rs /- p.m. (consolidated). Additional Rs.8000/- p.m on performing emergency call duties. Full time Specialists: Age: not exceeding 45 yrs Remuneration: Grade Pay 6600 (pre-reivsed scale) Ayurveda : Ayurveda Physician on Part-time basis a) A degree in Ayurveda from a recogonised University/Statutory State Board / Council / Faculty of Indian medicine or equivalent under Central Council Act 1970 b) Enrolment on the central register of Indian medicine or State register of Indian Medicine c) Candidate should have passed a qualifying middle standard test in official language of state of Kerala d) PG candidates preferred Duties: To work for 6 hours a day for 6 days a week Age: Not exceeding 30 years (Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD as per Govt. of India rules) Remuneration: Rs 50,000/- per month (consolidated)

3 WALK- IN- INTERVIEW FOR SENIOR RESIDENTS AND PART TIME/ FULL TIME SPECIALISTS The candidates are advised to attend the walk-in interview with the following documents in original along with one attested copy of each as per the schedule mentioned below Date of Interview 22/02/2019 VENUE : ADMINISTRATIVE BLOCK ESIC HOSPITAL EZHUKONE Details of application fee : By Demand Draft for Rs. 250/- ( Rs. 50/- in the case of SC /ST ) drawn in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c No.1' payable at SBI Keralapuram Branch. No application fee in the case of female candidates. Incomplete application or without prescribed fee/ documents will be rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded. Successful applicants will be required to execute prescribed contract. Documents to be produced at the time of interview 1.Degree Certificate in original ( Qualification prescribed for the post) with a copy 2.TCMC/ MCI Registration Certificate 3.Matriculation Certificate in support of Date Of Birth 4.Experience Certificate in original 5.Caste Certificate in original with a copy The SC/ST/OBC Certificates in original produced, should be as applicable for appointments to posts under Govt. of India and should be signed by a Revenue authority not below the rank of Tahsildar and should contain Non creamy layer certificate in respect of OBC s. OBC Certificate from State Govt. is not acceptable. The eligibility for the walk-in-interview with regard to educational qualifications, medical council registration, experience certificate, community certificate etc. will be determined as on date of interview strictly based on the documents submitted by the candidate. In case of selection, candidates are required to execute a security deposit of 15000/- which is refundable at the time of completion of contract. The selection is purely on contract basis and can be terminated by either party by giving a one month notice to other. (Application Form attached) Sd/- Medical Superintendent
