Admission to the B.A. LL.B.(Hons.)- 5 years, LL.B. 3 years and LL.M. is based on merit of the Entrance test. 2. Candidates seeking admission to LL.B. 3 years must have passed the bachelor degree examination. They must have obtained marks at the qualifying examination as per details shown below: CATEGORY PERCENTAGE OF MARKS General At least 45% SC and ST At least 40% 3. Candidates seeking admission to B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)- 5 years must have passed XII Standard with at least 45% marks with English as one of the subjects. 2 4. Candidates seeking admission to LL.M. must have passed LL.B. (General) or LL.B. (Special) or B.A.LL.B. - 5 years Law course with at least 50% marks. They must have obtained marks at the qualifying examination as per details shown below: CATEGORY PERCENTAGE OF MARKS General At least 50% SC and ST At least 45% 5. In case of more than one candidate having same score in Entrance test against less number of available seats, then the marks at the qualifying examination of such candidates will be considered. For example, in case 2 seats are available and ten candidates of the same score in the entrance test list are there, then the marks obtained at qualifying examination will be considered. 6. No applicant would be called personally, by post or by any other means for counseling and admission. The applicants are required to report on their own for counseling and for admission, as per the given schedule at their own cost. 7. Admission will be done entirely as per given schedule. 8. Non- submission of relevant original documents, non -remittance of payment of required admission fees or non -reporting of the candidate on schedule will lead to automatic cancellation of admission. 9. Original testimonials will be retained by the Faculty till the completion of official procedure.
