2 About the Internship program Duration The participants of the GoGlobal Study Internship Program will undertake between 4 to 12 weeks of work experience. Internship duration may vary depending on Applicant s objectives and academic needs. Hours of Internship The work experience may be part-time or full-time. Some forms of Internship will specify the exact number of hours instead of number of weeks or months. Duration and hours of work may vary depending on individual circumstances. Payment for Internship Internship may be PAID or UNPAID (or BOTH). Some Host companies offer paid internships, others unpaid. Participants will be informed prior to placement about all the terms and conditions of Internship, including pay. If you are ONLY interested in PAID internship, please indicate in the Internship Form, however please note that GoGlobal Study CANNOT guarantee that the Internship will be PAID. Internship entry requirements Local and international graduates or recent graduates can participate in the Professional Internship Program, if they satisfy the following requirements: Age 18+ Are currently enrolled in an area related to Internship placement, or have recently completed their studies are an Australian citizen or permanent resident or hold a visa allowing work in Australia. Please note: If you don t have a visa yet, or are not sure, please contact us to see if you can still qualify.

3 Please note: no minimum English level requirement as this varies across Host organisation and industries Start dates and lead time Applicants have up to 3 months lead time, therefore it may take GoGlobal Study up to 3 months to find a Host Organisation. Why should you do an Internship Program with GoGlobal Study The objective of Internship Program is to help you, the Applicant, to build skills and gain valuable real-world experience. It is an opportunity to apply the theory and skills you learned while studying in a professional workplace. The objective is to build skills that will assist you in a successful transition from being a student or graduate student to an employee and to become job-ready. GoGlobal Study will: - Assist you with your resume and cover letter writing you will need those to present to your Host Organisation - We will not charge you for a work placement if work placement cannot be offered - Organise an appropriate visa (if required). Please note that additional charges then apply. Internship Objectives The GoGlobal Study Internship program consists of the following - Job Ready Program - Career counselling session - Cover letter and resume writing assistance session - Internship Placement - 4 to 12-week part-time or full-time internship or specific number of hours (duration may vary depending on individual circumstances and requirements of Applicant s school)

Job Ready Program GoGlobal Study Job Ready Program - $150 (non-refundable fee) The $150 non-refundable charge will entitle you to Job Ready Program consisting of: - Our assistance with your cover letter and resume, which will be presented to the Host companies Please note that the undertaking of the Job Ready Program will not guarantee that a placement will be found. Please note: The Job Ready Program is suitable for both PAID and UNPAID Internships and no refund will be provided for the Program once it is undertaken by the Applicant. 2. Internship Placement $ to be paid: - - $590 upfront (this fee will be refunded if placement cannot be provided) and $590 payable 2 weeks before placement Please note, FULL REFUND will be provided for Placement fee where no placement can be provided by GoGlobal Study If applying from within Australia: 10% GST applies to all Program fees Discount Offer: Please note that existing clients of GoGlobal Study will receive a discount of 20% on our Internship Placement fee.

5 INTERNSHIP STEP BY STEP FOR APPLICANTS 1. Submit Expression of Interest in taking part in the Internship Programme only selected Applicants will be contacted, applicants who don t meet the criteria may be offered alternative solution (for example study) The Expression of Interest must include: 1) Completed and Signed Expression of Interest Form (see attached below) 2) Official Academic Transcript (courses and grades). 3) Proof that you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident OR copy of your current visa 2. Selected Applicants will receive an invitation to start Job Ready program (the program includes: CV, Cover Letter) along with the invoice for $150 The following documents need to be submitted: 1) Copy of passport 2) Photograph 3) Proof of payment of $ Once the Job Ready program is completed the Student is eligible for Internship Placement. 4. GoGlobal Study will issue an invoice for $590 (50% of the placement charges) 5. Once the invoice in Point 4 is paid, GoGlobal Study will look for a Host Organisation (up to 3 months). GoGlobal Study may already have a Host Organisation available in which case it will inform the Applicant. 6. GoGlobal Study will arrange interview between the Applicant and Host Organisation (if required) or between GoGlobal Study and the Applicant. 7. Once the Host Organisation confirms that it will accept the Applicant, the Applicant will pay the remaining $590 to GoGlobal Study.

6 8. For UNPAID Internships: The Applicant will provide Evidence of Personal Liability Insurance (not required if the insurance is to be purchased through GoGlobal Study) 9. The Applicant will then receive Internship Agreement with the name of Host Organisation, address, contact person, duration, job description, information about pay, terms and will be asked to sign. 10. Once the Applicant signs the Internship Agreement, it will be forwarded to the Host Organisation for signature. 11. After the Internship Program is completed, the Applicant will receive Reference letter from the Host Organisation.

13 Terms and Conditions 1. I acknowledge the following terms and conditions in regard to my enrolment in the GoGlobal Study internship program with GoGlobal Study. 2. I acknowledge that I am expected to complete the GoGlobal Study Job Ready Program before the commencement of the internship Placement process. 3. I understand that the internship program is to develop me professionally and to provide me with learning experience, therefore I will do my best to fulfil this obligation. Any unacceptable behaviour or conduct may result is the cancellation of the enrolment and refund will be forfeited. 4. I understand that GoGlobal Study will arrange my internship in a Host Organisation that matches my field of study. 5. I understand that it may take GoGlobal Study up to 3 months from me undertaking the Job Ready Program to find me a suitable Host Organisation for my Internship. 6. I understand that If no suitable Internship program is available for the Applicant after 3 months of me undertaking the Job Ready Program, then GoGlobal Study will issue refund for the Placement fee paid so far. 7. I understand that the Job Ready Program ($200), is non-refundable (this is the program consisting of assistance with resume, cover letter and work readiness program). 8. I understand that Internship Placement usually takes 4 to 12 weeks, however it is subject to individual agreement prior to the placement. 9. I understand that I am required 100% attendance for my internship and to complete the work as assigned. 10. I understand that GoGlobal Study takes no responsibility for my visa, unless specific arrangements have been made for GoGlobal Study to organise the visa. If such arrangement exists, it will be specified in the Agreement with GoGlobal Study.

I understand that the program is for Internship program and the relationship between the Host Organisation and Intern will not be deemed to be one of employment unless specified in writing. 13. I understand that insurance for paid internship is to be arranged by the Host Organisation and insurance for unpaid internship is to be arranged by the Applicant. 14. I acknowledge that I am not being promised a full-time job or any ongoing employment at the end of the internship program. 15. I understand that all fees are due to be paid 2 weeks prior to placement. If no placement, then no fees are payable for the Placement. I declare that the information provided to GoGlobal Study in the Internship Form is to the best of my knowledge, true, complete and correct at the time of my application.
