GENERAL STUDIES INTEGRATED (GSI) - FOR PRE AND MAIN EXAMS Course Description Syllabi GS Integrated is a comprehensive classroom program which prepares aspirants holistically for both the Prelims and Main stages of the Civil Services Exam. Duration Inclusions Fee Preliminary Exam (Paper I - General Studies & Paper II - CSAT) and Main Exam (General Studies Papers I, II, III, IV and Essay) 9 months (Approximately 36 weeks) Classes will be held for 4 hours, 6 days a week (according to the monthly time schedule) Extra classes may be held to cover the syllabus on time Besides lectures and talks on all the themes of the syllabus there will be special lectures on contemporary issues, current affairs and essay writing. Study material in all the compulsory papers of Pre & Main exam (except language papers) Print subscription to Rau's monthly Current Affairs Analysis publication, FOCUS. Class tests for Pre and Main exams for regular assessments All India Test Series and QIP (P) (quality improvement programme) before Preliminary Exam Test Series and QIP (M) before Mains Exam for those who clear Preliminary exam and are going to appear in the Mains Interview Guidance for those short-listed to appear in the interview/ personality test Registration Fee of INR ` Admission Fee of INR ` 155,000 B. OPTIONAL SUBJECTS - FOR MAIN EXAM Optional Subjects Any one subject out of Geography / History / Political Science / Public Administration / Sociology/ Psychology / Economics / Law Duration Fee 4 months (Approximately 16 weeks) Classes will be held for 2 hours, 5-6 days a week Extra classes may be held to cover the syllabus on time. Since our batches are small in size (only students per batch) the number of seats is limited. Therefore admissions are done strictly on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. III. To apply for membership of any of the above courses, fill-up the enclosed REGISTRATION / ENROLMENT FORM and send the same to us by post or contact us personally along with 2 passport size photographs photocopy of Class X Certificate photocopy of ID with address proof th IV. The Study Circle also conducts WEEKEND BATCHES for GS Integrated Course in English medium only. The duration of weekend batches is approximately 14 months. V.
