P.O., ) No. DoR/C/Ph.D/PQED2012 Dated : NOTIFICATION The Ph.D Preliminary/Final Qualifying Examination, December 2012 under the faculties of Science, Language & Literature, Humanities and Commerce & Management Studies will be conducted in February 2012 as per the schedule below : Date of Examination : Paper I - 5 th February 2013 : Paper II - 6 th February 2013 Time of Examination : a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Venue of Examination : Seminar Hall, Tagore Nikethan, Last date of receipt of Application in the office of the Directorate of Research is The candidate should apply for the examination in the prescribed Application form (available in the website along with the PG Degree Certificate and a self attested copy, Chalan receipt for Rs.15/- as fee for application form, chalan for Rs.300/- per paper, a copy of the Registration Order and a Certificate from the Supervising Teacher showing the date of joining for research and that the scholar was present in the research centre for the minimum number of days as specified in the regulation. PG Degree holders from the Universities outside Kerala and candidates other than regular study from other Universities of Kerala have to produce the Equivalency Certificate issued by the. PG Degree holders from the Universities other than University have to apply for Matriculation and Recognition along with chalan receipt for Rs.80/- each (separate chalans). Such application forms are to be countersigned by the Head of the Research Centre. The candidates should collect their Hall Tickets from the Research Centre concerned. No separate communication will be issued in this regard.
