3 Dr. NTR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES: ANDHRA PRADESH VIJAYAWADA PROSPECTUS FOR ADMISSION INTO POST GRADUATE MEDICAL AND DENTAL MANAGEMENT QUOTA SEATS IN PRIVATE NON MINORITY MEDICAL &DENTALCOLLEGES IN THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH FOR THE YEAR Regulations: The following are the Regulations for admission into Management Quota seats in Post Graduate Medical & Dental Degree / Diploma Courses in all the Private Medical / Dental Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS. Number of seats under management quota: The number of seats available for the academic year in Post Graduate Medical & Dental Degree / Diploma Courses at Private Un-aided Non-Minority Medical and Dental colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the MCI/DCI / GOI / Govt. of AP. The data of seats under management quota is given in the Annexure-A appended herewith, for information. Eligibility: The candidates who fulfill the following criteria are eligible for admission into post graduate medical degree / diploma and dental courses, and they have to get their certificates verified as per schedule to be notified by the university. 4 The Candidates from All over India are eligible for Management Quota Sub Category 1. Foreign Students / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates are eligible for Management Quota Sub Category 2. Candidates sponsored by the Managements of Private Un Aided Non Minority Medical / Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Courses in Andhra Pradesh State are eligible for Management Quota Sub Category 3, in the college which sponsored his / her candidature. Candidates should have MBBS / BDS Degree recognized by the MCI / DCI. Candidates should complete Internship by Must have registered with Medical Council / Dental Council and Original Certificate with MCI/DCI/State Medical Council/ State Dental Council should be submitted. Candidates who are already studying P.G. Degree / Diploma Course shall discontinue the Course by remitting requisite bond amount and stipend drawn upto that date before submitting the application form. Such candidates shall have to submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution to that effect in the proforma appended as Annexure-II at the time of Verification of Original Certificates. Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the 4

5 University/respective institution. Legal issues if any shall be under the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Andhra Pradesh and the State of Telangana. Candidates who are already studying MDS course except the candidates of batch shall apply for discontinuation of the course by remitting requisite bond amount and stipend drawn upto that date before submitting the application form. Such candidates shall have to submit a certificate issued by the Head of the Institution to that effect along with the application form in the format appended as Annexure-II. Note: As per GO Ms.No.67, HM & FW (C1)Dept.,dt ,the candidates admitted in the academic year , if discontinue the course then they are not eligible for admission in to PG courses for 3 acad. Years If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS / BDS (Primary Medical / Dental qualification) from outside India, the Degree should have been recognized by Medical Council of India /Dental Council of India for enrolment as Medical Practitioner in the Country. Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India or any State Medical Council / Dental Council. Candidates must pay equivalency verification / certificate verification fee as specified in the regulations along with the registration fee. The Verification Fee and Registration Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining merit. Applications through Online: The On-line Application Form for determining Merit Position in respective categories (Sub Category 1,2 & 3) will be available on the website websites 5

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website with the data required-for, through internet. The Online Application Form can be filled through any computer with internet connection (Home/ Internet Cafe / Net Centre). The candidate is advised to fill the Online Application Form after going through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to enter his/her correct data. Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for online payment: 1. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully. 2. Keep all the following documents required: a) NEET PG 2018 / NEET MDS 2018 Admit card issued by the NBE. b) NEET PG 2018 / NEET MDS 2018 Score card issued by the NBE. c) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate). d) Permanent Caste Certificate if applicable. e) Internship Completion Certificate. f) Medical Council / Dental Council of India Registration Certificate. g) Differently Abled (PH) Certificate if applicable. h) Credit card / Debit card. 3. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking. 4. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and not adjusted to a future date under any circumstances. 6

Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register. 4. After entering the details click on validate button. 5. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number. Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence. 7

8 6. Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate and click on Validate Button. 7. The application form will be displayed as shown below 8

Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Once paid you will not get any refund.

9 8. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed for payment. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee. 9. Now you will be directed to the Payment Gateway click OK 9

You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate verification. 10

Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action. Avoid using slow internet facility. Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS. 11

12 The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that applied for NEET-PG 2018 / NEET MDS 2018 in the space provided in the print out of online application form and submit at the time of original certificates verification. Registration Fee: The registration fee is Rs.3500/- (Bank transaction charges extra). Verification Fee for candidates studied outside the State and Abroad: Note: The candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with Medical Council of India and applying for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma/MDS courses under this University, shall pay a Verification Fee of Rs.7,000/- for Degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- for the Degrees acquired outside the State. The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the print out of the online application form to be submitted at the time of verification of original certificates. Verification of Original Certificates: The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled - in online application form along with three sets of attested copies of required certificates at the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. The candidates shall pay Rs.2500/- as Processing Fee. The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to PG Degree / Diploma / MDS courses unless the print-out application form along with the requisite enclosures is submitted at the time of verification of original certificates. Merit Lists: The Merit Position of the candidates those who applied through online in response to the notification issued by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for Management Quota Seats shall be determined by NEET PG 2018/ 12

13 NEET MDS 2018 scores and as per their eligibility criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz: As per PG Medical / Dental Regulations of Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India, the candidates who secure minimum of marks notified by the NBE. The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt: as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated : 50% of Seats in each speciality in each college are Management Quota Seats. The Management Quota Seats are categorised into Management Quota Sub Category 1 25% of total intake, Management Quota Sub Category 2 (NRI/NRI Sponsored) 15% of total intake and Management Quota Sub Category 3 (Institutional Preference) 10% of the total intake. For Management Quota Sub Category 1 25% of total intake, candidates from all the states and union territories of India are eligible. For Management Quota Sub Category 2 (15% of total intake): shall be filled with Foreign students, NRI candidates and NRI sponsored candidates on the basis of interse-merit among the applicants qualified in NEET PG / MDS For Management Quota Sub Category 3 (10% of total intake): shall be filled with the candidates sponsored by the Managements of the Private Un Aided Non Minority Medical / Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh as per the orders of Hon ble Division Bench of High Court of Andhra Pradesh in 13

Tuition Fee (as per G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated as amended in G.O.Ms.No.77, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated : PG Medical Courses: b) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 1):All Broad specialties: a) Pre-clinical Degree /Diploma Courses - Rs.3,78,000/-per annum b) Para-clinical Degree /Diploma Courses- Rs.7,24,500/-per annum c) Clinical Degree/ Diploma Courses - Rs.25,41,000/- per annum c) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 2& 3):All Broad specialties: Degree Courses / Diploma Courses: not exceeding 3 times of b (c) above. Note: The course wise / college wise fee for Sub Category 2 & 3 will be displayed in the website PG Dental Courses: d) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 1): All Broad specialties: a) Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.7,35,000/-per annum b) Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.10,50,000/- per annum e) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 2& 3):All Broad specialties: a) Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.8,40,000/-per annum b) Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.15,75,000/-per annum 14

15 Note: Para Clinical Degrees includes Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine & Radiology All the selected candidates shall submit Bank Guarantee to the respective college for Tuition Fee chargeable for the remaining period of the course. The candidates selected into MD / MS / Diploma (only PG Medical Courses) shall work for one year as Senior Resident in the Institution where they pursued the course. The selected candidates will be paid Rs.30,000/-per month for Medical Courses Rs.25,000/- per month for Dental courses. Copy of the Compulsory Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate. 7. Copy of Provisional or Original Degree Certificate. 8. Copy of MBBS / BDS Study Certificate. 9. Social Status Certificate (Permanent Caste Certificate) 10. Differently abled Certificate issued by the Competent Authority as specified in the Regulations. 11. Copy of Permanent Registration Certificate with State Medical Council / MCI in respect of candidates obtained Foreign Degree. 12. NRI Sponsorship Letter (if applicable). 13.
