2 A MESSAGE FROM CCA PRINCIPAL Dear Parent, Thank you for considering Christ's Church Academy as a partner in the education of your child. We are committed to the purpose of Biblical worldview education. As our mission states, we seek to make disciples, more disciples, and better disciples through excellence in Academics, Athletics, and the Arts. Our college-prep curriculum is purposefully Christ-centered to challenge each student while discipling them. We realize that a decision concerning your child's education is an important one that must be made by an informed parent. In this Admissions section of this website, we have provided pertinent information for you to review as you begin your search for the right school for your child. After you have reviewed this information, please feel free to contact our Admissions Office at x 116. They are here to answer your questions and help walk you through this entire process. Dr. Madison Nichols, Principal SCHEDULE A CAMPUS TOUR When choosing a private school for your child, the first step is visiting the school. There is no better way to really know a school -- see first hand the environment, the school culture, the faculty/staff, and more! For CCA, there are two ways to do this - attend one of our Info Sessions/Campus Tours or schedule a private visit. Either way, you will see the relationships, the community, and the Christian environment that makes Christ's Church Academy. For a private tour, contact our Admissions Office at x 116.

3 AGE REQUIREMENTS Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old by September 1st of the year for which they are applying. COMPLETED APPLICATION A completed application consists of the following items. Admission Packets, including forms mentioned below, can be found under the tab Admissions Forms. They are categorized by grade level. For ALL Applicants: --Completed Application Form --Non-refundable fee of $150 - **This price includes testing on our campus --Copy of Birth Certificate --Physical Exam Form (from your childʼs doctor) --Immunization Record Form (from your childʼs doctor) --Studentsʼ current report card and two yearsʼ final report cards (as applies) --Last two yearʼs standardized tests (as applies) For K & 1 Applicants: --Teacher Recommendation Form for K & 1 For 2-8 Applicants: --Teacher Recommendation Form for 2-8 For 9-12 Applicants: --High School Teacher Recommendation Form English --High School Teacher Recommendation Form Math --FHSAA GA4 Form Affidavit of Compliance with Policy on Athletic Recruiting TESTING All testing for K-12 students will take place at CCA during a scheduled appointment or planned testing days. Once a completed application is received, we will contact you to schedule testing. If a student has taken the ISEE within the past two years, CCA will accept this with no additional testing required; however, the application fee stands at the rate listed above. INTERVIEWS Following receipt of a completed application, we will call you to schedule interviews. An interview appointment is made with the parents and a school administrator, as well as a student interview with a member of the Admissions team. Every effort will be made to schedule these interviews at the same time. Interviews give us an opportunity to begin question and answer dialogue between parents, the student, and the school. ADMISSIONS DECISION After all application information is collected, testing and interviewing is complete, our Admissions Committee will make a decision. We will call you and share whether your student has been accepted, or if we feel that CCA is not a good fit. If acceptance is offered, we will mail you an acceptance letter and contract. Enrollment fee and signed contract must be returned by the date indicated. A place on a class roster is not assured until the entire enrollment process in complete and fee is paid.
