1 Step 1 Create the Person How to Quick Admit Banner Go to. 2. Generate ID Icon Click Generate ID icon in Key Block Area 3. Matching Source (drop-down arrow) STUDENT_FINAID_MATCH 4. Enter Person s Information Last Name First Name Middle Name Address SSN (if known) Birth Date (note order) o Day, Month, Year Gender Telephone Number (if supplied) 5. Duplicate Check Icon No Matches found o Create New (Person), If Matches were found, you ll need to either o Create New, or o Select ID, or o Update ID Matching Source TTU/TTUHSC 1

Term Term will automatically be entered b. Catalog Term Term will automatically be entered c. Priority 1 d. Program Click on drop down arrow Select Base Curriculum Rules by Program o Scroll down to Program, or o Narrow down Search by typing AS% in the Find Field AS% to find all AS programs BA% to find all BA programs GR% to find all GR programs Find [Click Button] e. Addresses Tab Verify Address Address fields were populated when student was initially created as a person on the Generate ID process Add Address F6 To enter in additional addresses 2. Biographical Tab Verify Gender and Birth Date o Note: These fields should already be populated during the Generate ID process Citizenship o Y US Citizen o N Non US Citizen Marital Status o S Single o M Married Legacy o P Parent o S Sibling o G Grandparent Ethnicity o WH White o B Black o HI Hispanic Save: F10 or Once Steps 1 and 2 are complete The admitted student has a General Student created on SGASTDN and is eligible to register TTU/TTUHSC 5
