11 Positive reactions from Social Partners... Europe is taking an important step forward for learning and good working conditions for young people. ETUC " employers in Europe share the goal of raising the quality and effectiveness of this form of training." BusinessEurope "Crafts and SMEs, as main providers of apprenticeship in Europe, support the proposal.." UEAPME "Eurochambres supports the aim of the new framework to improve the quality and effectiveness of apprenticeships in Europe." Eurochambres 11

12 and some further requests Member States must live up to the commitments. ETUC Companies need to see a return on their investment in apprenticeships. BusinessEurope More clarity needed for work, health and safety conditions. Expand apprenticeships to all sectors and levels of education with a focus on Higher VET.
