17 COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS Meetings are held monthly during the first 30 minutes of lunch (office hours). Students MUST attend one workshop for community service hours to be logged! Only hours completed during grades 9 12 will be added to the student s record. Community service hours done in the summer between 8 th and 9 th grade cannot be counted towards your high school totals.
