Training to the Students All the students irrespective of branches studying in our institution are trained from second year onwards to enhance their employability.

All the 2 nd year students are exposed to an Assessment Test. After a careful analysis of their performance we categorize them into two levels above average and average students. We pay special attention towards the average students through specially designed training module to bring them up to the level of above average students. The training is imparted to the students by hiring experts from outside based on the requirements of the company and Current technologies. We invite Industrial experts to give Guest lectures and Seminar to the students about the Expectation of the Industry, New innovations and Current trend in the industry. We regularly conduct such programs from the following organizations TCS (Enhancement of Employability), CTS (Evolve), INFOSYS (Campus Connect), Wipro (i2connect). INNOVATIVE ONLINE TRAINING MODULE We are continuously monitoring the changing industrial placement scenario and we want to equip our students to face the changing trend. A traditional way of training the students to crack the aptitude test, group discussion & technical round of interview successfully is not sufficient in the present placement scenario. All service and manufacturing companies is focusing on technology based hiring and with specific skill set among the students. Some companies are very domain specific expectations from the fresh engineering students. In general all companies wanted to reduce the time and cost towards training after fresher s hiring, since they wanted to deploy all of them in to projects with short term orientation. Keeping all the changes into consideration we have developed a unique kind of training program for our students. We have come up with the exclusive online training portal with the help of a third party vendor SKILL RACK and train our students from 2 nd year onwards on various niche technologies like C, C++, JAVA, PYTHON,.NET, CLOUD, APP DEVELOPMENT,ARITIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING We also wanted to enhance the knowledge of our entire faculty in the upcoming technologies to train our students and wanted to use all the efforts and experience of our faculty for this purpose. We have initiated a FDP kind of program through which all faculties are asked to go through the virtual learning and they also took a self assessment. The trained faculties are engaged in training the students in the class room. VIRTUAL PLATFORM The students were given individual user id password to login to the portal where they can practice coding, data structures, algorithms, quantitative, logical, and verbal. They have online tutorial also to clarify all the doubts then and there. They also get more clarifications from the faculty in the lab environment regularly. This will improve the various technology skill set among the students to meet requirements of the changing industrial needs.

We can generate the detailed reports of the performance of the students in an extraordinary format like login details of every student, the time consumed, time taken to solve a particular question, test resume count, hint and solution seen, ranking of recent N test, number of test absent, students strength and weakness report and the students activities are monitored and communicated to the respective students individually.
