Key features of this facility are: It offers a choice of date and time AlleyCatz recommend booking well in advance. This easy to use system asks 3 simple questions which will enable AlleyCatz to offer an even more efficient service as their Sales Team will be prepared in advance for the appointments. Email booking confirmation is sent to parents. A reminder email is sent out 48 hours before appointment. HOW TO ORDER: OPTION 1: Visiting AlleyCatz shop in Hersham in person, address shown above, which is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. OPTION 2: On-line via AlleyCatz website : www.alley-catz.co.uk with three methods of delivery offered: 1. Click and Collect: Free Click & Collect from AlleyCatz Hersham. If you wish to go to the store to collect, you will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection. 2. Shipping: Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via Courier (or Royal Mail if your order value is under 10). You will be offered a one hour delivery slot which you can amend and you will be notified by text or email. Please note that Courier is based on the date that your order is completed as opposed to the date it is placed - please allow up to 21 days for personalisation. 3. Free School Delivery (term time ): Items can be delivered directly to Sir William Perkins s. Deliveries take place once a fortnight on Thursdays during term time, when items will be available to collect from the School reception. Please note : 'In- stock', non-personalised items are normally sent within 72 hours and they will endeavour to deliver all personalised goods within 21 days of confirmation of order, although we will do our utmost to deliver earlier. Transition period from old to new style uniform during 2017/18 : - All students in Years 7 to 11 will have to be in the new style uniform by September 2018 - Old and new uniforms cannot be mixed. - If during the transition period a student requires a replacement item of old uniform this can be purchased from the school directly, at a reduced cost, by simply sending a request to uniform@swps.org.uk.

Wearing a jumper under a blazer is optional. Skirt Navy Perkonian tartan kilt-style skirt, halflined. 41 50 Skirt should be of a reasonable length i.e.: knee-length. Skirts should not be rolled up. Trousers Slim fit or standard fit with school crest 24.50-26 Only trousers purchased from may be worn, no alternatives acceptable. Blouse White revere collared blouse 15-20 Pack of 2 To be worn tucked in to skirt. May be short or longsleeved. Jumper Navy v-neck jumper with school crest 23-27.50 May be worn at all times, but if worn out of school gates, a blazer must be worn. Coat Option 1 StormDri Coat - navy - fleece-lined (reversible) Years 7-11 32.99-37.99 Students in Yrs 9 11 may choose which design of coat to wear. Not trainer-style, and should have a broad, low heel and sensible sole (heels must be less than 5 cm, no ballet pumps, plimsoles or kitten heels or similar). No alternative colours to be worn.
