Local schools may choose to have non-scheduled employees work on the Parent-Teacher Conference Days and compensate them through the local school budget. Parent-Teacher Conference Days: included in the scheduled work year for principals, assistant principals, counselors, school secretaries, bookkeepers, attendance clerks, family/youth resource center coordinators and clerks, career planners, order and receiving clerks, and other employee groups as specified by the working calendar.
