Organisational Development & Change The way in which we work and organise is shifting in the 21st century. In responding to an ever-increasing rate of change, organisations need to look at their own functioning and understand the world that surrounds them. Therefore, organisational development has become a natural part of the work of many professionals nowadays. Developing new strategies, implementing partnerships, improving decision-making or leading towards innovation and co-creation: how to give shape to these processes in such a way that they lead to meaningful change?

What can you expect? Online start Get acquainted with the course programme, training methodology and each other. Key Organisational Development concepts and tools will be introduced and you will explore main challenges in your organisation and define your ambition for change. Face-to-face The face-to-face training will build on the results of the on-line part and you will gradually develop a Change Action Plan. Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4 Day 5 The results of the on-line phase will be discussed. Start to create a vision of the desired situation and develop your personal plan. Explore how change can be promoted in an organisation and what the role of the human factor in change is. Design the change process, select, and practice with a number of change interventions. Explore your role as OD practitioner and what practical steps you can take to make change happen. You will finalise your Change Action Plan. You evaluate your learning and identify the next steps in promoting your personal development as well as the learning in your organisation. Online closure During the follow up you will continue to communicate on-line about the change process in your organisation. This will be done through webinars and peer-to-peer consultation.

Blended learning In this course, we offer you a blended learning trajectory, combining online learning and face-toface training. During the first three weeks of the course, starting on 16th April, you learn by distance through the online learning platform. This helps to ensure that everyone starts at a similar level prior to the face-to-face course. This online portion takes approximately 2-3 hours per week. The face-to-face part comprises 5 days in Ede, the Netherlands. Certificate On completion of the training course and subject to attendance and active participation, MDF Training & Consultancy will award a certificate of completion. Your profile You are a professional who is leading, facilitating or advising on a process of organisational development in your own organisation or a partner. Costs 2250 The course fee covers tuition fee, course materials, refreshments and lunches during course days and a study visit. Participants travelling to the Netherlands who require a visa also receive health insurance and third party liability.
