Remaining Spaces Selection & Sophomore Year Experience (SYE) Lottery 2018-2019 If you did not retain your current room and have not selected another space on campus you may participate in the remaining spaces selection process. Also, you must have a 2018-2019 Returning Students housing application to participate. You may (but are not required to) fill any open spaces with roommates of your choice before finalizing your room selection. If you pull in roommates, you will need your roommate s UST ID number, PIN, and meal plan choice. On March 13 14 students are assigned a Lottery date and time (based on total credits earned at the end of J-Term 2018). Students with 92 or more credits will be scheduled first on Tuesday, March 13 starting at 4:00 p.m. Students with 91 to 60 credits will be scheduled second on Tuesday, March 13 after the first group. Students with 59 to 28 credits will be scheduled on Wednesday, March 14 starting at 4:00 p.m. On March 15 students are assigned a SYE Lottery date and time (based on a lottery number randomly assigned by the computer). Students with less than 28 credits OR are in their first year at St. Thomas will be scheduled based on the SYE Lottery starting at 4:00 p.m. This remaining spaces process includes 2085 and 2151 Grand Avenue apartments, Morrison apartments, Flynn Suites, Singles in traditional halls, and any other eligible spaces not already selected. Available spaces will be posted on the Residence Life website prior to the housing selection processes. If you have any questions, please contact the Department of Residence Life at (651) 962-6470. Our office will be staffed to answer questions during the housing selection processes. We are located in Koch Commons, Room 106. Presented by Department of Residence Life
