Intro to Your ADRC Orientation Online Training and Resources EMPLOYMENT RESOURCES, INC.
Online Portion of ADRC Orientation Training Technical Requirements Online Learning Guide and Introduction This guide will help you navigate and understand the online portion of your ADRC Orientation training. As part of your training, you have access to a large online library of resources. A great deal of helpful information is available to you, but because of the sheer volume it can be overwhelming. It is important for you to have a plan for how and when you will use the online materials. Self Directed Learning The online part of your training is self-paced, which means you will be in charge of scheduling when and how you access the online materials. It sounds cliché, but you will get out of this training what you put in. You are also responsible for your own understanding of the material. Think about how you learn best and try to create that environment for yourself. Self Assessment A number of quizzes or knowledge checks are included throughout the training. These provide you with opportunities to see how well you are understanding the content. This is different from traditional educational models where an instructor guides you through materials and assesses your progress. In your online training that is your job. This may seem intimidating/challenging, but it is great for developing the types of habits you will need to be a successful ADRC employee.
