The data pertaining to this Region have been updated during document verification through an internet based application, and this Regional Office is not in possession of the said database. The information regarding the number of candidates found eligible for different posts of the examination under reference are not maintained in this office in the form it has been sought in your RTI application. 2. However, the data verification sheets generated during online verification containing the column of eligible post preference of the candidates duly signed by them are available in the dossiers of the concerned candidates. The information sought by you can be compiled from these data verification sheets. As per the provisions of RTI Act 2005, the CPIO or any Public Authority is not supposed to create information. CPIO or any Public Authority will only provide the information sought by the applicant in the form it is available with him/her. Moreover, the compilation of such data from the available records would cause disproportionate diversion of resources of this office.
