2 1. Login to Eduphoria: https://lakecounty.schoolobjects.com 2. Click Aware.
3 3. Click the Assessments tab in the upper left hand corner. 4. Click Create a New Test under Assessment Options on the bottom left hand corner.
4 5. Click Create a new blank test. Then, in the bottom right, click Next. 6. On the next page, you should enter the Title using school-wide naming convention, select the ideal Grade Level (you will not be allowed to select a range so please choose what you think is most appropriate), and select School Assessments from the Test Type dropdown menu. Do not forget to enter the dates for your testing window. Click Next when done.
5 7. Select the standards to align the assessment from Select a Course. Then click Next. 8. Click Finish in the lower right.
6 9. You should now see the following screen. On the General tab, you have the option to modify the Test Name, Test Type, Subject Area, and Grade Level. If you choose to modify anything, you must click Save. You can also enter specific Instructions for the students or Notes for the test administrator. 10. Double-check the Curriculum tab to ensure the assessment has the standards attached. 11. Navigate to the Questions tab.
7 12. Click Add Question. 13. Select the type of question from the drop-down menu.
8 14. When the window opens, you can type or copy & paste your question into the assessment. Select the correct answer by using the radio buttons before the answer choices. 15. Once you have entered the question, navigate to the Options tab. Enter the Cognitive Complexity of the question.
9 16. Next, navigate to the Standards tab. Double-check that Course standards are properly selected from the drop-down menu. You can select the standard by double-clicking on it. 17. Once you double-click on the standard, you should see the following:
10 18. Double-check to ensure all information has been entered and click Finished. 19. Next, click Alternate. If you do not click Alternate, the letters for the answer choices will not all show up as ABCD for every question.
11 Before Clicking Alternate After Clicking Alternate 20. You can continue to add questions by repeating the steps above. Once you are finished, click Save.
12 Assigning a Test to Courses and Teachers 20. Once you have completed adding all of the questions to the test, it is time to assign the test to specific courses/teachers. Navigate to the Students Tab. 21. Navigate to the Assigned Students section and select students in selected courses.
13 22. Navigate to the Additional Options section and select the subject are your test is assessing. In this case, from the drop-down menu under Subject Area, English Language Arts was selected. 23. This will populate every course in your school in the subject area. You must scroll down and select the specific course numbers used by your data clerk for the course in SKyward. For instance, at the school in the graphic the data clerk used three course numbers Language Arts Grade Three (#5010044). The data clerk used (5010044) READING-GRADE THREE, (5010044L) Language Arts-Grade, and (5010044N) READING-GRADE THREE.

Once you have selected the specific courses and hit Save, you can print your Student Answer Sheets and double-check that ALL of the teachers and students you wish to test have been assigned the test by going to the Administration tab. 25. Select at the upper right hand corner and then select. 26. Now, you can select or unselect the courses, teachers, and sections that you wish to include in the test administration.
15 27. As a schoolwide Eduphoria ADMIN you have the ability, to allow plain paper testing, allow teachers to change student answers, and administer the test online. Under Plain Paper Bubble Sheets, Allow plain paper testing should be checked Since this is a schoolwide initiative, you should select Under Teacher Submission, select Under Online check and * For schoolwide, grade-level, or subject area testing involving groups of teachers, it is important that ALL Student Answer Sheets are printed by an Eduphoria ADMIN to ensure the bar code at the bottom of the Student Answer Sheets is clearly visible. See below for final Administration tab settings. Once you have made all your selections, please make sure to select SAVE.
28. If the administration is paper/pencil, select finish at the bottom of the Administration tab to generate the pdf with all the Student Answer Sheets. Do not select Print Students Alphabetically. If you do, it will print the students in alpha order, and YOU will have to sort them by teacher. 16
