Sierra Jin Medical Student & former Board Member, Medical Society of Milwaukee County. I wanted to expand beyond just the textbooks and science, and the Medical Society of Milwaukee and Wisconsin Medical Society have allowed me to meet more people and learn about the issues facing our community.

M. Riccardo Colella, DO Chief, Associate Professor Section of EMS and Disaster Medicine Departments of Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics, Medical College of Wisconsin. Chair, EMS Collaborative. Physicians bring that unique perspective that focuses on patient relationships, while also helping to understand the science, public health issues, and the issues of resource utilization.

Brian Peterson, MD Chief Medical Examiner, Milwaukee County. President, Medical Society of Milwaukee County Board of Directors. The Medical Society is critical in a lot of ways. First and foremost, it provides a unified voice for physicians. It s easy to find one doctor to speak on a topic, but it s more impressive and carries more weight to speak together with one voice.

Sheldon Wasserman, MD Columbia St. Mary s Health System Physicians are a resource. What the Medical Society of Milwaukee does is connect the dots. It s taking physicians, it s taking the community, it s getting involved.
