Mr McCabe ACTIVITIES DAY FRIDAY 13 JULY All remaining school trip letters for activities day have been issued to students via their tutors this week. Places were allocated based on the preference form previously completed by parents. Payment and all forms must be completed and returned by Monday 4 June. For students who opted for in school activities there will be no letter at the moment, however further details of school based activities will follow in the next few weeks. Mrs Turner A reminder that the fee for this term's bus pass is due by Friday 25 May. Payments can be made online or by cash or cheque brought to the Finance Office - cheques must be made payable to Hampshire County Council. Mr Wright YEAR 8 ENRICHMENT DAY - TUESDAY 22 MAY 2018 I am delighted to confirm that our Year 8 students will be participating in the National Enterprise Challenge next week. Working in teams of six, our students will be presented with a business challenge to overcome based on Kidzania in London. The best eight teams will then get to pitch their winning ideas to a team of 'Dragon's' at the end of the day. The best team from Aldworth will then go on to represent our school at the national finals, which will be held in Birmingham on Wednesday 4 July. Students need to wear uniform as normal, and the

Mrs Reddy FINAL STUDENT LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP - THURSDAY 24 MAY 3.00PM - 4.30PM The final leadership workshop of the year is going to be held next Thursday after school. Attendance at a leadership workshop is compulsory if students wish to complete their evidence and attend the leadership reward trip to Thorpe Park in July. As a special reward for all the excellent leadership skills students have all been demonstrating this year, we have hired an 86ft inflatable army assault course for them to enjoy for this workshop.
