I understand the approximate expenses for participation in the Associate Degree Nursing Program and I am aware that expenses are subject to changes. Program requirements (prerequisite courses) must be completed with a GPA of 2.5 and grades of C or better. Change in name/address/phone number must be submitted to the Nursing Office in writing.
