Guidelines for Online Admission 2018-2019 Rules And Regulations For Online Admission Of Mugberia Gangadhar Mahavidyalaya 1. Filling up of online admission form will start from 8th June, 2018 at 10 A.M. Online admission will close on 20 th. June 2018 at 1 pm. 2. Provisional Merit list will be published on 25.06.2018 and Final Merit list will be published on 27.06.2018 3. Date of Counseling, Document Verification & admission :- 29/06/2018 at 11a.m. 4. For online form fill up, please visit the college website : www.mugberiagangadharmahavidyalaya.org. 5. One may fill up more than one application form following the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the admission norms. 6. Please read the instruction for online form fill up and follow accordingly. 7. Only regular candidates who have passed the higher secondary/equivalent examination in 2018, 2017 or 2016 will be eligible to apply. 8. Candidates passed the higher secondary/equivalent examination in 2015 or before may eligible for apply after receiving the necessary permission letter from University. 9. Please note that if any candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility criteria or put false statement his candidature will automatically stand cancelled at any point of admission procedure and strict action will be taken in such cases. The college authority will not be responsible for any such cancellation. 10. Admission charges to be submitted during admission as per our schedule. 11. Applicants must maintain the subject combination strictly as per our prescribed subject bunching. 12. 1st Year classes will be started on & from 18.07.2018. 13. After the payment of the application fees of Rs.100/- at all branches of Mugberia Central Co-operative Bank and through payment Gateway system, the Application Form will be validated. Candidate should produce the following documents for verification in the college:- a) Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent exam. for age verification. b) Mark-sheet of HS or equivalent exam. c)) SC/ST/PH/OBCA/OBC or University permission letter if applicable. d) Character Certificate e) Two computer generated bank challan. f) Two colour passport size photo. g) Hard copy of online submitted form.
