Each of the 4 steps will assist you with developing all preliminary steps of the admissions process. Applications are evaluated only after all necessary information and documentation are received by the Graduate School of Education. Completed files will be processed and evaluated by the Admissions Office and the appropriate program chair. Applicants will generally be notified of the admissions decision within two weeks after the personal interview. Full consideration cannot be assured to applicants who fail to meet application deadlines or requirements. If you attended a California Community College and those units were accepted towards your Bachelor s degree, please list only the Bachelor s degree. Then include official or unofficial transcripts, showing completion of the Baccalaureate degree and (as appropriate) credential issuance from a regionally accredited college or university, with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or above (undergraduate) and 3.0 and above (graduate). CREDENTIAL AND MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAM OPTIONS The Graduate School of Education offers a variety of credential and degree options designed to provide today's educators with the skills necessary to keep pace with a rapidly changing educational environment. Most Master s degree programs have a credentialcompletion option in which units from the credential are applied towards completion of the Master s degree. Please consult the GSOE Catalog and web site for more information on the requirements. From the list below, please indicate the option(s) you wish to pursue as a student in the GSOE.
