ACADEMIC STAFF You will be taught by a diverse team of expert finance and investment management professionals with considerable industry experience, and by visiting international speakers, each providing stimulating and relevant input to your learning experience. Professor Sunil Poshakwale Professor of International Finance and Course Director for the MSc in Finance and Management and the MSc in Investment Management Sunil joined Cranfield in January 2006. He has lived and worked in India, Canada and the UK and has over seven years executive experience in India and 13 years academic experience in the UK. Sunil has wide-ranging consulting experience in the area of international finance, investments and governance and is frequently invited by international banks and institutions to act as a finance expert on prestigious projects. Sunil has published extensively in leading academic journals. He has presented numerous research papers in international conferences and he serves on the editorial board of Global Finance Journal, Journal of Investments and Financial Innovations and Annals of Financial Economics. Dr Vineet Agarwal Reader in Finance and Deputy Course Director for the MSc in Finance and Management and the MSc in Investment Management Vineet joined Cranfield in 2002 after completing his PhD here. He has worked in investment banking in the area of pricing, structuring and marketing of initial and seasoned equity offerings, and also private placement of fixed income bearing securities. His areas of expertise include asset pricing, market efficiency, bankruptcy prediction models and financial modelling, and his research interests are in asset pricing and financial distress.
