Therefore, semester rates are not listed for those schools. For schools that charge a semester rate, the PA 529 GSP Semester Rate is the sum of either 12 or 15 GSP Credits, depending on the actual rate set by the school. See footnote 17. 3 Contributions and payments made at this Tuition Level will be calculated using the current freshman rate. Payments at this Tuition Level are available only to those Beneficiaries who are enrolled at East Stroudsburg University. 4 In calculating the State-Related University Average, all state-related university Tuition Levels that were used in calculating the average for academic year 2004-05 were used; any Tuition Levels that were added in academic year 2005-06 or after were not included. 5 In order to be eligible for this credit rate, certain conditions apply as briefly described below. Please contact the school for more information. California: Active Military & Family (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Reserves), veterans, and eligible dependents and spouses of active duty members enrolled in the Global Online Program. Cheney: Higher achieving out-of-state students. East Stroudsburg: High achieving domestic out-of-state students or transferring students. Minimum credit loads required. Edinboro: All newly enrolled (AY 2018-19) domestic out-of-state students. Indiana: International students with established academic agreements; freshmen or sophomore Pennsylvania students admitted to Northpointe or Punxsutawney campuses. Kutztown: Higher achieving domestic out-of-state students. Kutztown A: High achieving transfer and domestic out-of-state students. Lock Haven: High achieving domestic out-of-state students. Millersville: High achieving out-of-state and transfer students. Millersville A: Higher achieving out-of-state students. Millersville B: Domestic out-of-state freshmen entering fall 2018.
