Through DubLi Network and DubLi.com, an online revolution has been created. Over the last several years, DubLi.com has become the ultimate destination for online travel, shopping and entertainment, unlike any other in the world. DubLi is making a difference in the lives of families around the world by helping them have fun and save on the things they are already buying online every day anyway. DubLi successfully impacts a family s bottom line. As a Business Associate, you have an unparalleled opportunity to build your own global distributor organization based on selling a variety of membership packages for DubLi.com. The revenue generated from membership subscriptions coupled with member s online transactions is what allows associates to build a rewarding career and/or a powerful second income stream. The purpose of the DBS Fast Start Guide is to give you the information you need to: To create a focused outline for the first 60-90 days of your DubLi Network career Your Fast Start To-Do List If you follow this time-tested approach, take guidance from your leaders and those who have come before you in creating a successful DubLi Network business and make a commitment towards this effort, you too, can position yourself for a long, rewarding career with DubLi Network. This DBS Fast Start Guide covers the basics to assist you in getting off to a great start. Following your first 60-90 days with DubLi Network, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of advanced training as you transition from someone who is just being introduced to the business, to a leader who starts teaching others. 2 For educational and training purposes only

Fast Start Priorities 1. Sign-up for DubLi Network and buy your Marketing Package. If you haven t done so already, it is helpful if you sign-up first so that you have access to your DubLi Network Back Office and can take advantage of all the educational and marketing tools available there. 2. Start a Prospect List with the goal of identifying your initial 100 prospects and determine the Top 25 prospects for your 5x5 Fast Start. 3. With the assistance of your leader, begin contacting your prospects immediately to commence the business building process. Start by contacting your Top 25 Prospects immediately using one of the proven contact methods, covered later in this guide. 4. Sign up as a V.I.P. customer so you can start saving money on the things you are buying every day and to familiarize yourself, with all that DubLi. com has to offer. It is not required to become a V.I.P. member, however, it makes the communication process much simpler when you are an authority on the product you are introducing to others. Preparation DubLi.com As a new BA, we challenge you to do a few things to prepare yourself for a Fast Start. One of the first things you should do is become familiar with the DubLi.com and DubLiNetwork.com websites. Shop in the mall, create some playlists of songs and videos, and setup your email, Cloud, Social Media Hub and news preferences. The more you are familiar you are with the site, the more you will see the amazing value it has and the easier it will become to communicate to others. DubLi Network Login to you DubLiNetwork.com back office and see all the tools that are available. You should also visit DubLiTV.com to see the wealth of video programs that will assist you in learning about DubLi Network and building your business. Before You Begin: Just as with any new opportunity or challenge, it is important to prepare yourself. A few simple tips to keep in mind: With DubLi Network you are in business for yourself, not by yourself No is not a bad word: when someone says no it s an opportunity for you to learn. Seize the moment. If you believe in what you are doing and are passionate about it, it shows in your face and how you act. If you want others to be as excited about DubLi Network and DubLi.com as you are, it will show in other ways, not only with your words With proper planning, preparation and perseverance you will always achieve your goals! The Approach: Send an email or a message through social media, i.e. Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, etc. It is so simple, you can t fail. Sample Message Dear, I wanted to message you about a new opportunity I have just got involved in. The concept is simple yet powerful What if you could earn Cashback on the things you already buy every day? And, at the same time, there is an opportunity for both of us to make money helping others do the same. We can finally start making money from the Internet revolution with a proven business model! There is much more to it but take a look at this link (insert link to the contact video or webinar you would like to use). I will contact you in the next 24-48 hours, unless I hear from you first. I look forward to talking with you more about this exciting opportunity! 3 For educational and training purposes only

The 3-Way Phone Follow-Up: The purpose of the 3-Way Phone Follow-Up is to have your prospect, you as the new BA, and your leader on the phone together to encourage the prospect to take the next step by attending a presentation either in a group setting, one-on-one, or online. Your upline leader will call your new prospect and say: Hello (new prospect), this is (Leader). I m a (leader s title) with DubLi Network and I m working with (the BA), who is one of our up and coming leaders in the area. When I asked (the BA) who were some of the most ambitious people he/she knew, your name was on the top of the list. I know (new BA) sent you a link. Did you have an opportunity to review it? If they say, No, I haven t looked at it yet, the leader says: No problem. This company is helping many families around the world make and save money, a lot of money. I encourage you to watch the video in the next day or two and we will call you back. Fair enough? If they say, YES, I ve looked at it, without hesitation, the leader then says: Great, (the BA) and I are really excited about DubLi Network and we hope you will be too. DubLi has created a comprehensive online travel and shopping portal that not only helps people save money on the same things they do every day but also build a significant income stream to support their families. You re not going to believe what a dynamic team (the BA) is building. At the pace he/she is going he/she will be earning a second income more than he/she is making at his/her current full time job (or from their business) in the next six months. (the BA) is here with me now and wants to say hello. You then say: new prospect), I have never seen anything like this. The income potential here is truly amazing, and if I can do it, you can too. I m going to give you back to (the leader). (the leader) is a really great mentor and is willing to help us enhance our earnings while helping others at the same time. The leader then chooses a Group Meeting Invitation, Webinar Invitation, or One-On-One Invitation found below depending on the type of meeting you plan to use. 4 For educational and training purposes only

Your Role at the Presentation There are four types of presentations at DubLi Network- The Group Presentation, The Online Presentation, The One-on-One Presentation and the Home Party program. Your role in the Online Presentation is simple. You login and watch the presentation along with your guests. It might be helpful to jot down some notes from the presentation of ideas or concepts that you d like to remember for your own future knowledge and/or to mention to your guests following the presentation. Your role in the One-on-One and Home Parties Presentations is also simple. Your role here is primarily to support your leader who is making the presentation, and look interested throughout. Do not interject any comments unless the presenter specifically asks. Let them continue with their flow as they have experience and expertise in what works and also what does not. While you may feel that you have something critical to add, when it becomes your time to lead a presentation, you can make note of how you d like to modify, but for now, let the leader lead. These early stage presentations are a great opportunity for you to listen and learn from someone who has already had great success. Use it as chance to prepare for your own future presentations. The Group Presentation offers a slightly different dynamic. These meetings usually takes place in hotels or offices and are in front of a live, group audience. These venues are very effective as the prospect experiences the energy of the crowd while the DubLi story is being told. It is a more professional, formal type venue contrary to the more casual one-on-one or home party presentations. It has been time tested and expert approved that the more people in attendance, the more exciting the meeting. Mental Preparation Be prepared mentally prior to the start of the meeting. Leave any negative attitudes outside the door. Remember the key to success when you are in front of prospects is to let them not only hear, but also see and feel your excitement about DubLi Network and your role in it. Appearance Proper attire is very important. Whether you are the presenter or not, this is always a business meeting, so dress for success. Pre-Presentation Activities When you arrive, go directly into the Meeting Room and introduce yourself and your guests to others in attendance and to the presenter to help create a welcoming environment. Do not wait out in the hallways or lobby. Keep you conversations positive, upbeat and engaging. If you have a few minutes before the presentation, share some of your great savings experiences with DubLi.com or mention a recent vacation you booked to highlight how you use DubLi in your everyday life. During the Meeting Do not talk or answer any questions the speaker directs towards the crowd. Give the new guests a chance to participate and become part of the meeting. Do not get up during the meeting or play on your cell phone, look interested and take notes. It will not only demonstrate your personal interest in what is being presented but your engagement will also contribute to the importance and excitement of the meeting in the eyes of the new guest as well as give energy to the speaker. 5 For educational and training purposes only

The Group Meeting Close When the meeting concludes, the presenter will close the meeting and will issue a challenge to the new guests, the commencement of the follow-up process. The presenter will say something similar to: Thank you for coming tonight. If you are excited about exploring the DubLi Network opportunity further, or just becoming a customer of DubLi to save your family money, we ask you to please circle back person who invited you here and set an appointment with their leader to reconnect again in the next 24-48 hours. Why in the next 24-48 hours? We know from experience that our most successful leaders are those who strike while the iron is still hot, when your thoughts and impressions of what you saw are still fresh in your mind. Please be sure to set an appointment before you leave so we can get you started on the right track. We will be around for a while if you have any questions. Thank you again. This close will be the perfect set-up for Step 4- The Follow-Up. It is important to note that these meetings are focused on new guests and the time immediately following the meeting is to set appointments and answer questions. Only after all the guests have been addressed should any other business or leader meetings be conducted. A similar challenge will be made in the other presentations as well. 6 For educational and training purposes only

Group Presentation Follow-Up As soon as the Group Presentation ends, the follow-up begins. The presenter issued a challenge to the new guests to circle back with the person who invited them after the meeting breaks. This time is reserved to set an appointment for the Fast Start Interview with their leader in the next 24-48 hours. You have already gotten through the hardest part, getting your prospect to continue the dialogue further by attending a presentation. What you say following the presentation could dramatically affect your results. The human tendency is to say something to the effect of: So, what did you think? This response puts the new guest in a position of power, which means you have lost control of the follow-up. It opens the door for them to revert towards the human nature of procrastination and excuse making. Instead follow this time-tested script below. Sample Script Go to your new guest and say- Wasn t that great! Let s get with (their leader) to set your appointment. If they say Ok or Yes, take them to your leader and say- (your leader), this is (Guest s name). I wanted you two to meet so we can set a time for their next appointment. If they say No or I am not interested, say- No problem, but I promised (their leader), that we would say goodbye before we left. Then take them to your leader and say- (your leader), this is (Guest s name). We wanted to say good-bye before we left. This is the signal to the leader that you need help and that your prospect isn t interested in setting a follow-up appointment. Let the leader take over the conversation from here. Do not view this as a setback, your leader has much experience in dealing with prospects don t initially jump at the opportunity. Let their knowledge, training and expertise work the process from here. Your job is to listen and learn. 7 For educational and training purposes only

Online Presentation Follow-Up As soon as you log off the Online Presentation, start calling your guests immediately. They will be expecting your call since the presenter issued a challenge to new guests to touch base with you to set an appointment for the Fast Start Interview. Just as in the Group Presentation script, resist the tendency to call and say: So, what did you think? Keep the control in your corner, do not pass it off to tame the waters of human nature and allow them an opportunity to procrastinate or make excuses. Instead follow this time-tested script below. Sample Script Call the new guest and say- Hi, (Guest s name), Wasn t that great! Let s get you on the phone with (their leader) to set your appointment. If they say Ok or Yes immediately tie them in with your leader on a 3-way call and say- Hi, (your leader), I have (Guest s name) here on the phone with me now. He/she just participated in the presentation and I wanted you two to meet so we can set a time for their follow-up appointment. If they say No or make excuses, say without hesitation- No problem but I promised (your leader), that I would introduce you when the presentation ended. Let me connect him/her in with us. Hold on one second. Then tie in your leader on a 3-Way and say- Hi (your leader), I have (Guest s name) here on the phone with me now and, as I promised, I wanted to introduce you. This is the sign to the leader that you need help and they will take over from there. At this point, let your leader lead. They have significant experience in addressing these situations and have been properly trained in turning a situation around. 8 For educational and training purposes only

Your Role in the Fast Start Your leader will be responsible for the majority of the Fast Start process until you are more familiar with the DubLi Network business and are competent in all areas of the Six Steps of the DBS. If possible, try and attend as many, if not all, Fast Start Interviews for your new BAs to support your leader and to learn the process by observation. Building Your Own Company within a Company With DubLi Network you are building your own Company within a Company. Similar to any corporation, you want to dedicate time and resources to developing your own Board of Directors, the 10-12 people who you would have as part of your own personal leadership team. Once you have identified these key individuals, your primary goal is to sign at least five of these people into your organization within the first 2-3 weeks of your DubLi Network career. What happens with those five new personal leaders once they join your team? The exact same thing you just did Your second goal will be to help your leaders sign at least five of their own leaders into their organization within their first 2-3 weeks. It is during this time that, they too, will begin the process of completing their field training sales as well. As you repeat this process and begin to build a profitable business, your leadership team that has both part-time and full-time leaders will begin to emerge. The Power of the 5x5 Help everyone get 5 new BAs in their first 2-3 weeks 1 gets 5 Then help them get 5 BAs each 5 x 5 = 25 And continue the process 25 x 5 = 125 125 x 5 = 625 It does not take long for exponential growth to take over and give a new BA a large, profitable organization quickly. Earning Promotions Your first goal should be to get to Team Member, then Team Leader, and on to Team Coordinator in your first few weeks. By running the 5X5, these levels are achievable in just weeks. Don t be surprise, if you really work hard days. Continue to push for your next promotion, you ll be glad you did! 9 For educational and training purposes only

Fast Start Conclusion We challenge you to Have a Fast Start Mentality Time has proven that the faster the start, the greater the success. Work smart, not hard. Focus on generating significant business building activity into a short timeframe at the beginning to grow your organization quickly. Set a tradition of greatness for your future leaders. Know Your Why Keep the why you are building your organization in your mind and heart at all times. It will not only help your goal become a reality but it will also motivate you through the more challenging days. Follow the DubLi Business System (DBS) Trust in the system. Copy it. Follow it. Become a student of the system. It is your key to success. Run the 5x5 The 5x5 will help grow your business at a rate you probably can t imagine and will give all your future leaders the best chance for their success. Give Yourself Enough Time for Your Efforts to Compound DubLi Network has a snowball effect and really starts to move faster and faster as you make continuous effort to follow the proven system. You may feel underpaid for a while, all for the chance to be overpaid for the rest of your life. Welcome to DubLi Network! We look forward to seeing you grow in the business and to celebrating many future successes with you. 10 For educational and training purposes only
