APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for admission to an associate degree program at Cape Cod Community College, an international applicant must meet the following criteria: 1. Complete Cape Cod Community College Admission Application (hard copy application only) 2. Complete Home Country Address Form 3. Official high school transcript or examinations. If English is not your native language, submit notarized English translation of proof of high school graduation and university transcripts. Foreign documents must be translated by a US evaluation company, such as World Education Services or Center for Educational Documentation. 4. Submit Official TOEFL scores if English is not your native language 5. Complete Certification of Finances Form showing US $28,089.00 of support to fund your educational expenses 6. Submit Official Bank Letter(s) verifying funds total US $28,089.00 available to support your education from your bank or your sponsor(s) (each sponsor must submit an official bank letter) 7. Submit Official Letter(s) of financial support from sponsor(s) if applicable (each sponsor must submit an official letter of financial support) 8. Submit Two References 9. Copy of Passport Form I-20 and F-1 Visa Information: - The I-20 form will be processed by the Cape Cod Community College s Director of Admissions for accepted students ONLY. The I-20 form will be sent via postal mail to the mailing address listed on the CCCC Admissions Application. CCCC does not issue the F-1 student visa. - Cape Cod Community College students on an F-1 visa must be enrolled full-time with 12 or more credits per semester. Students are also advised to check with the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (BICE) regarding their ability to work while attending the College, as there are restrictions. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION REVIEW 1. CCCC Application for Admission 2. Home Country Permanent Address Form 3. Certified English translations of all international university transcripts require course by course evaluations. Certified English translations of high school transcripts require document by document. You must use a US translation companies, such as the World Education Services for your documentation translation (www.wes.org) or Center for Educational Documentation (www.cedevaluations.com). 4. Official TOEFL Scores (If English is not your native language) Minimum TOEFL scores for admission: - 68 on the Internet-based (ibt) version; or, - 520 on the paper version; or, - 190 on the computerized version *Please note: an official TOEFL score report must be sent directly to Cape Cod Community College using the school code number 3289. 5. Certification of Finances Form: you must show that you and/or your sponsor have US $28,089.00 to fund estimated annual direct and indirect educational costs at Cape Cod Community College. All costs are subject to change. Official Letter from Sponsor indicating support for funding your educational expenses at CCCC, including the US dollar amount available to you from the sponsor s personal bank account, sponsor s name, address, phone and email. 8. CERTIFICATION OF FINANCE Cape Cod Community College requires Certification of Financial Resources from all applicants who are not United States Citizens or who do not have permanent resident visas at the time of admissions. This form MUST be completed as part of the visa application process. The I-20 cannot be issued, per INS law, until this certification is received by the Cape Cod Community College Admissions Office. Also, an official bank statement stating the availability of support funds in US Dollars must also be submitted with this form. The bank statement must bear the current date, and original signature and the banks stamp or seal. A financial sponsor must show documentation of US $28,089.00 available to support the student for direct and indirect costs.
