Description of duties: As voting representatives of the diocese attend the meeting of the Synod of the Province of the Southwest (Province VII). Clergy The Rev. David Archibald, Rector, St. Andrew s, San Antonio Qualifications: The ministries of Province VII are ten-fold as listed on their website. While all the areas are important, three of them are of particular interest to me: Anti-racism, Restorative Justice, and Christian Formation. If chosen as a deputy these would be areas I could both grow in and contribute to. Rector; I have particular interest in children and youth ministries, and in church growth.
