PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The course will address percutaneous and surgical interventions available for cardiovascular disease. We believe the attendee will have an excellent grasp of current tertiary heart and cardiovascular care by attending this cardiovascular showcase. Endovascular management of venous thromboembolism Percutaneous valves and other structural heart disease management Approaches to access in percutaneous interventions Current application noninvasive imaging techniques such as cardiac CT, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac MRI The future of cardiology both in the therapeutic and business practice arenas CREDIT Accreditation: The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Designation: The Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.
